Return-exchange policy: It is our policy to create and craft each handmade piece to the highest quality. We take the time to make sure every aspect is done to the best of our ability. We do not exchange or accept returns. If there is an issue please contact us and we will try to figure out a solution that is agreeable to both parties.

That being said we encourage our customers to please make sure that the piece being purchased will fit in the space where it will be displayed. We measure everything twice and we ask you to do the same. We will provide instructions with regards to hanging one of our pieces. It is up to you to make sure where it is being displayed will be able to support the weight. Our wall bars should be anchored into wood studs or concrete.

Shipping/delivery: as some of our pieces will be large and heavy, please make arrangements to have help bringing them into your home or business. Some of our pieces may require a signature.

No two barrels are alike. As the markings and coloration vary greatly. Barrels have been stored in humid cellars or outside and so the look is different on each one. The rings around the barrels will have some rust and spots but this adds to the character.
